Red monotone
Because, different shades of red.
Monotone is a bold style statement that most people do not think they can pull off. Firstly it is not easy to own items from head to toe in the same colour (and we are not talking about black, because seriously who has time for that). Secondly you need the confidence to dress in monotone as it will turn heads even if you are wearing classic items like shirts and trousers.
Committing to monotone seems labourious but it is dedication that can be made simple. The important thing to remember is keep the
outfit classy and relevant, especially if the colours you have chosen are striking. The last thing you want is to look like a member
of The Wiggles.
If you are a gentleman who is ready for your first foray into monotone, try
1) wearing items that are in the same shade and not necessarily the exact colour (this breaks up the look and makes you less conspicuous)
2) adopting a preppy look (this will present you as more substantial and relevant than a try-hard fashionista or a children’s entertainer)
3) putting on a pair of statement glasses (to emphasise the bold statement without appearing you have tried that hard)

November 23, 2014I really admire your philosophy regarding wearing different shades of the same color, despite the fact that I think that your choices of shades of red aren't very stylish.
